Are you new to Sioux Lookout? Looking for a place to connect as a young adult?
Welcome to our Calvary Baptist Church YA group! We know that many young professionals move to Sioux Lookout for work, and we have a strong desire to connect that age group to church and discipleship. This ministry is for anyone who is out of highschool, up until you don’t feel like “young adults” is where you can connect. Our mission is to seek after the Lord together in discipleship, fellowship and spiritual growth!
So what do we do?
Our primary gathering point is Sunday nights at 6:30 PM to spend time reading Scripture, sharing testimony, and praying together. We meet in people’s homes, so the location can rotate. Contact Pastor Tyler or the church for updates on location. This is discipleship!
Outside of that intentional gathering, we have a facebook messenger chat and other communication methods to arrange hangouts, activities, give updates, and live life together. This is fellowship!
Whether you are in Sioux Lookout temporarily, or are looking to establish routes, this ministry is here to encourage you and build you up in your relationship with Jesus, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to glorify God. This is spiritual growth!
