Pastor Carter Krahn
Senior Pastor
Pastor Carter Krahn serves as Lead Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, where he has served since the Fall of 2012. He gave his life to Christ as a young teen in Gimli Manitoba and has been serving in church or parachurch ministry since he was 18. Living and serving in Sioux Lookout has given Pastor Carter a unique perspective on ministry, he sees his role is to serve not only Sioux Lookout but this region of Northwestern Ontario (NWO).
He is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity through Kairos Seminary. He is a dedicated husband to Leanne, his wife of 25 years and a dedicated father to their three children, Jessie, James, and Leeland. His heart is for the church, to see the bride of Christ flourish in love so that the world will know we are Christs, and that the world will hear about Christ through the church’s actions and words, the testimony of the gospel.
